What is the normal production time for my order?

Normal production time for most orders is 5 to 7 business days. Certain large or custom orders may take longer.  We understand that circumstances may dictate a shorter deadline date for your order.  We will do all we can to accommodate your shorter deadline, and to this end, we have established the Priority Service options,



What are the Priority Service options?

In those cases where you need your order processed in less than the normal production time, we offer the Priority Service options listed below:

24-Hour Priority Service:  Your order will be ready within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.  The fee for this service is 20% of the entire order or a minimum of $20.00.

72-Hour Priority Service:  Your order will be ready within 72 hours from the time the order is placed.  The fee for this service is 10% of the entire order or a minimum of $10.00.

Priority Services are subject to the availability of materials and staff time.  Rest assured we are committed to YOU, and we will do all we can to meet your deadline.



Will I be contacted when my order is ready?

Yes, you will be notified when your order is complete and ready for pick up or shipping.  We will contact you by telephone, unless you request notification by fax or e-mail.  Of course, in some cases you may direct us not to contact you at all, in which case we will give you a set time and date that your order will be ready.

Will you ship an order to me?

Upon request, we will ship your order via UPS Ground Service.  You may choose to request special shipping (UPS 3-Day Select, or UPS Overnight Blue or Red Label) and the resulting shipping and handling charges will be added to the total for your order.

May I return an item for a refund?

An item may be returned for a refund with prior approval from Leisure Time Awards management.  Only those items which have not been personalized are eligible for consideration of a refund.  You must request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase and the item must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.



What methods of payment are accepted?

Leisure Time Awards accepts:

    Credit/Debit Cards . . . Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover

    Checks . . . Only Local Colorado checks are accepted  

    Cash



May I schedule an appointment to select the awards/products I wish to order?

Yes, you may call and schedule an appointment during our normal business hours.  Our showroom is open for your convenience:

        Mon-Fri   10 AM to 5:30 PM

        Saturday    10 AM to 4 PM

        Sunday          CLOSED
